Smart Bells DVD Shoot

Smart Bells is as it again. We just completed shooting a basic workout DVD to go with the relaunch of these beautiful scultptured weights. The location was beautiful and my back up talent rocked. Thanks to Stephanie and Toby and to my dear friend Deb for all her help and expertise! The Thinkfit Team of Lance, Scott, Jamie and of course Paul were all on hand to make this a top notch production. Keep your eyes open more information.

Thanks to Sport City Mexico!

I have just returned from another wonderful trip to Mexico City as a guest fitness educator for the ever expanding gym, Sports City.

Sport City University has grown to be the leading force in fitness education in Mexico conducting certifications, workshops and master class across the entire country. I am honored to be part of their mission.

Many thanks to the wonderful team especially Daniel, Norman, Lorena and all the attendees. I look forward to returning in October when I will be presenting Gliding and Medicine Ball workshops in Mexico City and Monterrey.

Mexico City

In mid March, Lisa will return to Sport City in Mexico City to continue developing education for the company.
She will be presenting 2 trainings: Gliding and Medicine Ball Training.
